Returns


We hope that you are delighted with your purchases however you have the right to return unused items at any time up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods. Gift cards and perishable products (including food, beverages and hampers), cannot be returned except when the item(s) is defective.

ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE

Items purchased at The Wolseley Shop, Bicester Village must be returned to the store.

Items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 working days. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

Please contact our Customer Service team via email shop@thewolseley.com to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 working days. Perishable products (including food, beverages and hampers) cannot be returned except when the item(s) is defective. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

We advise the use of Recorded Delivery and the proof of postage service. All goods are returned at your expense. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

Following the receipt of the returned goods, payment will be refunded to you in full, excluding the cost of delivery. All returns will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

 

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or broken, please notify our Customer Service team via email shop@thewolseley.com within 48 hours of receipt.

We will then do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive replacement products as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within five working days, depending on your card issuer.
